General presentation

The African continent is facing strong population growth, an increase in the lifespan of its inhabitants and, under pressure from its diaspora, greater demands in terms of access to care, treatment and support. These elements whet the appetite of international firms at the risk, for African countries, of losing their sovereignty in the management of their public health policies and on the technologies of the future based on the exploitation of the great wealth of genetic data of its population.

The geopolitical, economic and technological context marked by hypercompetitiveness, numerous digital disruptions (generative AI, cybersecurity, geni-genetics, etc.) and international tensions make it more essential than ever to perfectly master economic intelligence (EI) and the strategy of public and private organizations; both have become an essential strategic lever for preserving States’ sovereignty.

Having qualified executives capable of anticipating developments in national and international political and economic ecosystems makes it possible to protect ourselves against their deleterious effects and to seize the economic and strategic opportunities they conceal.

For this purpose: class and discussion sessions are consolidated by putting theoretical concepts into practice through practical learning activities; independent work is alternated with group work; upon entering the training, the learner will be subject to an entry test to take stock of the knowledge (and practices) on the targeted skills; a second test at the end of training will assess the level of progress of the learners; an evaluation of acquired knowledge at the end of training will be organized in the form of deliverables.
