Assignment
Assist the University Library Manager in providing library services.
Main responsibilities
Welcome and inform students
Manages the loan system (loans, returns, renewals, reservations)
Participate in cultural activities organized by the Library
Conducts training and supports users in the use of resources
Prepares training materials for users
Creates and updates user accounts
Ensures cataloging, indexing and rating of documents
Classify and arrange the works according to the system in force
Participates in the preparation and receipt of library book orders
Prepares the list of new acquisitions and contributes to the enrichment of the fund
Performs the annual inventory of collections
Carry out routine administrative tasks (statistics, monitoring)
