With the support of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, Senghor University (Egypt) offers a distance Master's degree (M2) in Management of educational systems, specializing in training trainers of school directors.
The role of education system manager is expanding rapidly and requires well-trained men and women capable of moving from the position of teacher to that of director and/or adult trainer. It is necessary to understand this evolution of professional tasks in a dynamic of change.
This training is a response to a request from the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) and the Conference of Ministers of Education of countries sharing French (CONFEMEN).
Objectives
- Train trainers in the management of education systems.
- These personnel should be called upon to serve as training relays in their respective geographic areas, to train other trainers, to manage and pilot training projects, and to support the management of education systems.

- To all directors, heads of educational establishments (high schools)
- To the teachers of the Normal Schools responsible for the training of education personnel
- To national executives delegated by ministries and with knowledge of the profession
