Round-trip transportation costs from the country of residence in Africa to Addis Ababa.

Eligibility criteria
Be a national of an African state that is a member of the OIF.
ObligatoireBe aged 35 or less on the closing date of the call for applications.
ObligatoireHold, at least, a bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in a relevant field, in particular international relations, diplomacy, law, political science or any other discipline linked to multilateralism.
ObligatoireProof of at least one year of professional experience within a multilateral environment, particularly in a national institution, a diplomatic mission, an international organization or a regional organization (for civil servants).
ObligatoireDemonstrate a strong interest in issues of governance, international cooperation and leadership.
ObligatoireRequired documents
A cover letter (1 page maximum). *
A copy of passport. *
A CV (2 pages maximum). *
A copy of the diploma (Bac+3 at least). *
For civil servants/managers: a copy of the contract or proof of current work within an international or regional organization or a diplomatic or multilateral institution. *
A B2 certificate for nationals of countries where French is not an official language (not required for countries where French is the official language). *
