Eligibility criteria
Be a national of an OIF member state
ObligatoireHave a bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or a Bac+2 with at least 3 years of experience, by VAPP
ObligatoireHave professional experience in a field that directly involves the promotion and operationalization of the JPS Agenda, at the national and/or regional level
ObligatoireProof of a minimum B2 level in French or having followed a university course in French for nationals of countries where French is not the official or working language

Coverage
Training costs (€600), covered by an OIF scholarship.
Selected participants must only pay the administrative registration fee of €100.

A detailed curriculum vitae (2 pages max) (NAME First name - CV) *
A cover letter (1 page max) (NAME First name - Motivation) explaining the reasons for choosing (professional objectives and expectations) to participate in this training *
A copy of the latest diploma (NAME First name - diploma) *
A copy of the identity document or passport (NAME First name - identity document) *
A letter of recommendation from the hierarchical superior for employees or, where applicable, any other document justifying the status of non-employee manager (independent) *
A B2 certificate for nationals of countries where French is not an official language (not required for countries where French is the official language) *
The selection is made after examination of the application files by the selection committee. *
Only applications meeting the required documents will be examined. Senghor University will notify all candidates, selected or not selected, via the email address used when submitting their application.
