Be an active professional within a public administration or a ministerial office, and have a presence authorization/mission order for the total duration of the session
ObligatoireBe able to demonstrate a Master 1 level or a License, and at least 2 years of professional experience in the exploitation, management, or analysis of scientific or administrative data applied to sectoral policies
ObligatoireNationals of countries where French is not an official language must have a minimum B2 level in French or have successfully completed university training in French.

Coverage
Registration fees are set at €500 per participant, including access to the training, accommodation on the Senghor University campus and catering (daily lunch and coffee breaks).
A scholarship of €350 will be awarded to the first 10 registered candidates. The remaining amount payable by these candidates will therefore be €150.
Travel costs (round trip) from the country of origin to Alexandria are also the responsibility of the participants. The University will provide assistance in the procedure for obtaining the entry visa to Egypt.
